Description

Vera Day was one of a number of actors who were in Belfast in 1962 for a charity screening and interviewed by UTV for the arts show Preview. Mainly a supporting actress, Day’s most memorable appearances are probably alongside Stanley Baker in Hell Drivers, in the British sci-fi horror film Quatermass 2, and alongside Laurence Olivier and Marilyn Monroe in The Prince and the Showgirl.
