Seapatrick mill in Banbridge lies empty. Seapatrick mill was part of the Linen Thread Co. The mill was run by John Doherty Barbour – nephew of Sir Milne. The mill processed cotton threads used in the manufacture of shoes, carpets and fishing lines. They also produced threads for the bookbinding trade and for stringing up damask jacquard pattern cards.
