Description

Senator John Barnhill is questioned about his comments on only employing Unionists. He attempts to squirm out of his words but Charles Witherspoon isn’t going to let him. He says he believes that an employer should take the time to employ workers of “both persuasions” over considering the skills of each worker.

Notes

John Eccles Nixon Barnhill (11 April 1905 – 12 December 1971) was an Ulster Unionist Party member of the Senate in the Parliament of Northern Ireland. He was murdered by the IRA in 1971.
