Stirling Moss remains to this day one of the most famous British stars of motorsport. He never managed to become Formula One world champion but did finish second in four successive seasons followed by three seasons in a row of finishing third. His number of Grand Prix wins remained a British record until the 1990s. Sadly, following a crash, he was left in a coma for several months in 1962 and paralysed on one side. He made a full recovery but decided to retire from racing. In this interview with Jimmy Greene for Ulster Television he explains his connection with Northern Ireland in that it was at Dundrod that he got his first car to race for a major team.
