Some short silent footage of a ceremony which took place in Larne in April 1964. Prime Minister Terence O'Neill unveiled a plaque to commemorate the fiftieth anniversary of the Larne gun-running incident when arms wereshipped into Larne on the SS Clyde Valley by the Ulster Volunteer Force during the "Home Rule Crisis" in 1914.
