Description

The public express their thoughts on the proposition of a bus strike at Christmas time. Maurice Smyth gauges opinion on the streets of Belfast and talks to Billy Harrison of the pop group Them among others (no sigh of Van). People are not happy about the timing of the impromptu strike.

The Belfast bus strike was part of an ongoing dispute involving the Beeching Report and the dismantling of the Ulster Transport Authority.
