Maurice Smyth visits the Convent of the Sisters of Charity of St Vincent de Paul where the blue and white habits of the nuns have undergone a change. Their habits have been redesigned. Sr Genevieve models the new look. She believes it will make driving easier, especially reversing but also will help make their work less cumbersome.
Sr Genevieve would go on to become the Principal of St Louise’s Comprehensive in Belfast.
