Description

Maurice Smyth on the Queen’s Royal Irish Hussars return home from Aden, Malaysian, Brunei and the Far East. He interviews Lt Patrick O’Neill, the son of PM Terence O’Neill on the ceremonial handing over of the guidon, or colours, of the regiment to the TA. Lt O’Neill also formed a beat band while they were in Malay. This film includes footage of the ceremony.
