Description

Quite a line-up of actors meet Lord Mayor Jenkins at Belfast City Hall. We see Albert Finney, Dora Bryan, Colin Blakely and Jean Anderson with Michael Emmerson of the Belfast Festival. Albert Finney was in Belfast with the National Theatre and Sir Laurence Olivier (in the play Love For Love). The others may have been here with the festival also.  

Notes

Originally hosted by Queen’s University, the Belfast Festival was founded in 1962. It is now an international festival of theatre, dance, classical and roots music, visual, film and digital arts and literature accompanied by outreach and education events. It takes place every October in venues and locations across Belfast.
