Description

Prime Minister Terence O’Neill opens the new building for the Londonderry Rural District Council at  Altnagelvin  

Also present is Unionist MP Bill Craig, presently a minister in O’Neill’s cabinet but he would later become the leader of Ulster Vanguard , an Ulster Unionist breakaway party with extremist links.
