Chad, the school bully, makes his way around the neighbourhood causing chaos; stealing people’s bikes, and causing physical and verbal harassment. In steps the ‘Problem Solver’, retrieving back the bike and making sure Chad apologises for his actions. His final act of problem solving is uniting people through dance.
