Description

Kate Smith reports on the launch of the Ulster-Scots Heritage Council. Belfast City Hall was the venue for pipers, dancers and a celebration of Ulster-Scots. Nelson McCausland, the first chairman of the Council, discusses the role the Council will play in promoting Ulster Scots.
