Description

Poet and artist Paul Yates makes a yearlong study of the Kingdom of Mourne area of County Down through breathtaking visuals laid under observations presented as poetical narration. Behind the narration in this programme looking at the area during the month of January we see: a farmer with sheepdog herding sheep. The Devlin family in their house in Kilcoo. Water flowing at Ballagh Falls with icicles hanging above. Ancient Dolmen in wall at Kilkeel. Crowds of people with homemade sledges in the snow at Spelga. Frozen water at Trassey Burn. Greencastle Pier at night.
