This short segment of the religious series Witness, is hosted by Joan Hannon, who discusses justice for all and charity.
On Women's World Day of Prayer, Joan references a Czech king who lived many years ago who was "a good man" and tried to follow the teachings of Christ "to live simply and care for his people. However, he met an unfortunate end at the hand of his brother who wanted power for himself. This leads the speech into the concept of suffering for your ideals.
Concluding the lesson, Joan explains that one needs to put themselves in others shoes and also do more for those most in need.
