Description

A silent film piece chronicling the town of Lisburn in 1960 taking us on a tour of its streets, parks, schools and industries. Thus snapshot of its long redeveloped streets includes footage of Davy Jones, the world’s smallest man at the time, driving in his custom-built miniature Jaguar car. Local factory work which is featured ranges from the linen industry to making brushes.
