Description

Shauna Lowry and Cathal O'Shannon present this travel series which explores destinations at home and abroad, with information provided on typical budgets and holiday package deals.

Beginning in Nice, before traveling by coach to Antibes, Cathal ventures around the Cote D'Azur, sampling what the famous coast line has to to offer, pointing out spots of interest. Highlights include the beaches of Cannes - where the modern bikini first made its debut! -  the port, which houses the yacht that Donald Trump once owned... before passing it on to a Saudi Prince and a local market, where not even the sabbath stops its busy bustle.

Next up, John Egan guest presents the segment on our very own North Antrim Coast. Visiting all the tourist highlights such as Bushmills Distillery and the Giant's Causeway, this staycation gives the budget traveller the perfect array of activities!

Lastly, Shauna explores the West Coast of the USA, starting in "the Paris of the West", San Francisco and its cosmopolitan shops and beaches, before renting a car and driving to Nevada... or Reno to be precise "the biggest little city in the world"!
