Description

In this episode of Check it Out, Jacqui Berkeley and Eamonn Holmes explore a variety of topics, including home cholesterol tests, estate agent fees, babysitting certifications and much more.

When it comes to selling your home, fees can start to add up, especially the unexpected ones. Tommy and Maureen Smyth have had an on going issue with a local Bangor estate agent, after they didn't follow through with the conditions the Smyths set for selling their home and after much aggravation, they were then left with a large fee for a house they never even sold. Jacqui asks Ken Nixon, a solicitor, on when does one have to pay the fees for the agency and if there is a written agreement.

Next up and John Kearns sets aside his bachelor image to take up the challenge of babysitting after a course from the local British Red Cross. Following this, Andrea Catherwood meets Phylis McCreery from House of Colour, to find out how dressing for your complexion will automatically increase your attractiveness as "colour is the first thing that the eye sees". Lucky viewer Heather Fair then gets treated to a consultation and a shopping trip!

Lastly Mike Bull, fitness expert, joins Jacqui and Eamonn in studio to demonstrate three exercises to get you toned up.
