Curious footage of what appears to be someone practicing their rally driving around Downpatrick. That's certainly the area shown on the map but it doesn't appear to be a race as the footage shown through the car depicts roads which aren't clear. There is also a brief shot of the Downpatrick racecourse at the end. We can't find any trace of a rally or horse racing meeting at that time so its unknown why UTV shot this footage.
