Description

Documentary on the Fairy Glen in Rostrevor, Newry, with interviews about preserving the glen.

Artist Colin Turner is interviewed whilst painting on the glen and describes the natural surroundings as "ever changing, and that's the whole beauty of it". Likewise, supporters Kevin Hannah and Shaun Tinley have taken up protesting against housing developments on the glen. They are no strangers to taking on the council in a bid to halt plans and previously had plans for a local meadow rejected to great success.

Concluding the programme is Wilfred Capper, from the Ulster Society for the Preservation of the Countryside, who explains his views on protecting the land.
