A Hungarian man, Ludwig Kulus, is taken off a Swedish boat that has arrived in Belfast docks from Israel. It is believed he was trying to avoid military service in the Communist bloc but as he had no papers, he was likely to be returned home. Indeed in a later film (see below for link), we see he has been deported.
