Description

Colonel James Hughes, Chair of the British Legion, speaks from the War Memorial Building in Waring Street in Belfast. He is making an appeal for donations to maintain the building. This was one of the “Give At Seven” features on UTV; a regular programme on UTV, dedicated to allowing charities to ask for funding donations.
