Alice Bacon, Labour Minister of State at the Home Office is on a two day visit to Northern Ireland. Charles Witherspoon interviews her. She gives her views on Northern Ireland and if a Royal Commission on Northern Ireland will take place. She is quite frank in her views about what needs to be achieved.
