Interview with Douglas Bader, one of the most famous and successful fighter pilots of the Second World War despite having lost both his legs in an earlier accident. The sound cuts out as Bader speaks in front of a vintage aircraft before footage of missile systems being readied and modern aircraft of the early 1960s in flight.
