Description

An interview with cyclist Eddie McArdle, record holder of the Mizen Head to Fairhead challenge in the run-up to the attempt by Maurice Foster.

This is a fascinating look into the preparation of a long-distance record setter. Eddie also mentions Isobel Clements, who became the first woman to complete the run in June 1955.
