Description

Adrienne McGuill conducted this interview with the celebrated organist Leon Rittberger from his home in Donaghadee. A teacher of music in grammar schools, he had lived in Northern Ireland for fourteen years and he specified the details of his home-installed musical equipment, as well as sharing some of the names of famous organists who had played on it at his home. Of course, he also demonstrates his skills on a couple of pieces.
