John Hewitt is still playing rugby for Ulster at 36. How does he do it? John also reflects on his memories of games at Ravenhill, ahead of the game against Connaught. Bill Rutherford also gives his prediction.

John Hewitt played for Inst, Ulster and was capped four times for Ireland.
