Description

It’s All Happening was a much-vaunted UTV current affairs programme running on Friday nights in a 75-minute slot starting on 27 September 1968. It was presented by David Mahlowe and ex-monk Peter Moloney with cartoon artwork from Rowel Friers. The series proved to be rather controversial, as well as very unpopular with the critics, and only lasted until December before being quietly dropped from the schedules. The series was mainly studio-based and most UTV series of this type have not survived. However, these rather inventive opening titles have survived on film and we present them here as a fragment of an otherwise missing series.
