It was often the practice of TV stations to run filler material between programmes if a preceding programme under-ran its slot. This enabled the station to start the following programme at its scheduled time and the footage could be abruptly faded out when appropriate time came. This footage is one such piece which has survived in the archives and features shots of Ulster Television’s listings magazine, TV Post, running off the printing presses.
