Description

Welcome to Make It Pay! Craft for today is picture making. Getting started with the metal, Stephen Atkinson chooses copper and continues to turn a piece of aluminium sheet into a pretty picture. He then moves on to marquetry - the art and craft of applying pieces of veneer to form decorative patterns, designs or pictures.

Throughout the programme, viewers are introduced to a range of tools and techniques and are offered some useful tips for craft making at home. Today’s guest in the studio is Patrick Cowdy, a craft shop owner advising on how to sell your craft.
