Mickey Bradley, bassist of The Undertones, is interviewed by famous DJ John Peel as they walk along a beach. Mickey discusses growing up in Derry surrounded by musicians who influenced him, some of which he did not realise until much later in his life. They discuss Joseph Locke and Dana, though Bradley says they did not directly influence The Undertones music.
Mickey goes on to mention his work as a producer for BBC radio Foyle. The interview is mixed up with stock footage of the pair walking along the beach. Peel then asks about The Undertones connection to Sire records and Bradley states that they were directly influenced by The Ramones who were also signed with Sire. Bradley describes the process of getting signed by Sire Records.
