Description

Includes footage of 70 year old Wing Commander Ken Wallis flying an autogyro. This machine was subsequently used in the James Bond movie ‘You Only Live Twice (1967). Wallis may have been rehearsing his scenes and it is believed that he actually crashed during the show.

 Ken Wallis was a veteran RAF pilot and inventor. He created the autogyro in 1962.
