Description

What was the reason for this Ulster Television report on the mass production of pancakes at Belfast’s famous Ormeau Bakery? Well, what else but Shrove Tuesday – perhaps better known to many as Pancake Tuesday. The date of the report is the big day itself and it gives an interesting view inside the process for pancake making. However you take your pancakes – maple syrup, lemon, honey or butter – this is bound to conjure up a desire for the bakery snack.
