Intrepid UTV reporter Charlie Witherspoon travels to Donaghadee, experiencing for the first time the physical, mental and spiritual practice of yoga.

Hatha yoga practitioner, Ingrid Burke explains the principles and aims of the system and its benefits in terms of posture and rejuvenation.
