Description

Rafton Pounder, the newly elected Ulster Unionist MP for South Belfast enjoys a cup of tea in his Groomsport home. Meanwhile his wife Valerie happily reads the news of his 10,000 majority victory in the News Letter. The by-election for the seat had been necessitated by the death of the previous MP Sir David Campbell.
