This final video marks the end of the R-City three year National Lottery funded project, showcasing a variety of young people opening up about the different issues they face growing up in Belfast. Throughout the video, the young people reflect on their first experiences of entering their respective programmes, including First Steps and Positive Steps, and speak about the positive impact these programmes have had on their learning, confidence and personal development. Many of the young people shared that without First Steps and Positive Steps, they would not have had the same opportunities to grow, build relationships, develop new skills and feel supported in a safe environment. This video is also a massive thank you to The National Lottery for their funding and support, which has made these programmes possible and has helped create meaningful opportunities for young people across our communities.
