Description

Outside the Ulster Hall, Maurice Smyth reports on Christmas as “open season” for thieves. The RUC officers in the information kiosk are there to offer advice to the public on how to take care and protect themselves, their houses and their goods. The officers are keen to encourage the public to use the 999 system.
