Description

UTV reporter Charlie Witherspoon reports from the Mall in Armagh, long the scene of sporting activities for people in the city. However, a new structure on the Mall, a sports pavilion for the cricketers who play there, was causing controversy. Charlie spoke to Philip Bell, the City Planning Officer who was against the building of the pavilion and who was overruled by the council. The Reverend Temple Lundy of the First Presbyterian Church also gave his thoughts with his opinion being very much in favour of having the pavilion where it was most useful.
