Description

Children's programme with Jane Cassidy and Barney the puppet.

In the last adventure, Barney and Jane saw a huge water wheel in the valley below them as they were riding a tram up the Snaefell, the highest mountain on the island. They couldn’t resist and decided to go and take a look at this huge and very old water wheel. It is located near Laxey village and is commonly known as the Great Laxey Wheel.

Jane learns about thatching and how to make traditional local sweet bread, Bonnag. In the village of Cregneash, they also meet some farmyard animals and explore local crafts.
