Description

Children's programme with Jane Cassidy and Barney the puppet.

Jane and Barney take another trip to the Isle of Man but this time they are going to go further back into the past and learn about what was happening on this island over a thousand years ago, about Vikings and the mighty Manannán mac Lir, a sea god of Irish mythology. They meet a Viking called George who provides some answers ...

Barney and Jane also check out Peel Castle, give a helping hand to a hard-working team of archaeologists at a local excavation site and learn more about the history of the Isle of Man at the Manx Museum.
