Description

Maurice Smyth visits the 98th Spring Show at Balmoral. All sorts of new technology is on display but no live poultry as Maurice’s fellow reporter, Ernest McMillan tells us.

We see the prize-winning Jersey cattle from Glencraig School with the farm manager, Kristoph König, a possible relative of the founder of Camphill Community, Karl König. Mr König talks about the farm at Glencraig. We also meet visitors from Nigeria who are impressed by the show. Mrs Elma McLean from Lisburn Isn't quite as impressed.
