Description

A report by Adrian Logan for Good Evening Ulster from one of the highlights of the road racing calendar, the Ulster Grand Prix. He speaks to Northern Irish rider Brian Reid, needing only a top three finish to win the Formula 2 world title - something he would achieve in style by winning the Ulster Grand Prix.

Meanwhile, multiple world champion Joey Dunlop speaks to Adrian about the wet conditions that year. Dunlop had already claimed that year's Formula TT world title but went onto repeat his huge achievement from the year before by winning on three different bikes at the event. Also interviewed is Yorkshireman Mick Grant, hoping to score over his rival on his home territory.
