Description

Northern Ireland Prime Minister Terence O’Neill leads the tributes to the late President Kennedy at a wreath laying service at Stormont. The President had been assassinated in Dallas just three days earlier and representatives in both houses of the Northern Ireland parliament spent much time delivering oral tributes on the same day as this footage.
