Notes

The Balmoral Show is Northern Ireland's largest agri-food event. A form of it was held at the Corporation Markets and Ormeau Park until it moved to grounds in Balmoral, Belfast. The first ‘Balmoral’ show was in 1896. In 2012, the decision was made to move the show to the grounds of the former Maze prison outside Lisburn.
