Description

Presenter Michael Nesbitt explores the opinions held by Northern Ireland's (NI) youth about the sectarian violence seen on the streets of Derry and Belfast, and whether or not they trust local politicians to help end it.

Students from Methodist College, Ballyclare High School, Omagh C.B.S, Lagan College, Little Flower Girls Secondary, Foyle and Londonderry College and Assumption Grammar all take part in the debate and help answer important questions such as whether or not Sinn Fein should have a seat at the table. They also contemplate over the issue of national identity and whether or not it is necessary to have and why are the people of NI so fixated on it.

The conclusions of the programme are that the majority want new leaders and believe that both Sinn Fein and the UDA should be at the peace talks.
