This film showcases some of the work created by the Express Yourself Café members at the weekly arts & crafts workshop. The attendees show off their art and share their thoughts on their work. 

Express Yourself Café is a creative community of adults with learning disabilities. The group’s aim is to express themselves by using art, and to foster social connections and friendships.
