Express Yourself Café is a creative community of adults with learning disabilities. The group’s aim is to express themselves by using art, and to foster social connections and friendships. All of the group’s work is undertaken with the ambition to empower the members, allowing them an active role in the decisions that affect their lives. 

In this video, one of the members, Mark, performs Don William’s classic song You're My Best Friend. The country song explores the feelings of profound love and friendship between two people in a committed relationship, but is a reminder of the importance of love in our lives. Mark is performing at the home of the Express Yourself Café, the Black Box.
