Fabulous Food Adventure is a celebration of the finest produce that Northern Ireland has to offer, with celebrity guests who embark across the chosen county to find the best ingredients and top chefs who cook up a storm in the kitchen! Watch to journey through beautiful locations and some of the "most stunning scenery to be found in the world".
This week reporter, Emma-Louise Johnston and actor, Brian Milligan, set off across County Antrim to discover flavoursome treats, with the Bushmills Inn serving as headquarters for tonight. Setting off in a vintage 1950's Bentley convertible, Emma-Louise and Brian first hit the market town of Ballycastle to pick up some fresh crab that Paddy McLernon (Mortons Fishmongers) caught just that morning. Next up, is Bonamargy Chocolates, with chocolatier Rosemary Dobbin having started the business once she realised she couldn't eat all of her creations herself!
After chocolate heaven, Robin Cherry (MBE, Plant Breeding Fellow, Royal Agricultural Society) shows off his unique vegetable (to Northern Ireland!) the bok choy. Lastly, Steven McKillop, a fisherman gets down to work to catch some salmon for tonights festivities.
Back at the Bushmills Inn, Jenny Bristow and Noah McMeel (Executive Head Chef at Lough Erne Resort), get to work to use all of the fresh ingredients to create some drool worthy dishes.
