Description

Celebrity chef, Jenny Bristow and former wold champion boxer, Barry McGuigan, present this programme where they travel across Northern Ireland to "forage and find delicious ingredients" to create a sumptuous feast for a group of guests. 

This episode is set in Co. Tyrone, using the Grange Lodge as today's base with Eurovision 1992 winner, Linda Martin, in charge of finding all the great local ingredients the largest county in Northern Ireland, has to offer. First, Linda heads to meet Anthony Quinn of 'Hey Pesto' to collect plenty of herbs for tonights meal, plus learn how to make his famous salsa verde!

Next, it's off to the Cloughbane Farm Shop, were Lorna and Sam Robinson run the family business and supply matured beed, free range chicken and some local honey to top it all off. Lastly, it's cheese heaven at Five Mile Town Creamery with Marvyn McCaughey giving Linda the ultimate taste test of their international cheeses. 

Back at the Grange Lodge, Nora O'Brien cooks up a storm with local restauranteur, Bob McDonald, tonights challenge is the soufflé "every chefs nightmare"! Once the food is plated up, it's to the garden to enjoy the days spoils and bask in the evening sun.
