Description

Gerry Adams meets with the press in Ardoyne ahead of his visit to the United States.

Coming back from the "historic" all Ireland championship which Down won, Adams discusses the three core areas which need to be dealt with. The first, is the demilitarisation of the IRA, the second, is dealing with the justice of democratic rights and lastly, the need for fundamental constitutional change. This, Adams states, can only be achieved through dialogue.
