Description

Belfast Telegraph staff receiving their flu vaccines via an intimidating syringe. Quite a few worried faces but vaccination against flu was encouraged at this time as the 1960s saw a surge in flu viruses. This year, in 1967, the concern was surrounding a new strain called the ‘Hong Kong flu’.
